1. In what formats are finished transcriptions delivered?
Finished transcriptions are delivered in Word Format.

2. Can you produce transcripts in my company format?
If the format is not very complicated and the business is regular we can format it to your requirement.

3. What kind of audio formats do RemoteWP accept?
All audio files in WAV, DSS and MP3 file format are accepted.
 

4. How are finished transcriptions delivered?
The finished transcriptions are delivered through email.
 

5. If errors occur how are they handled?
All transcriptions are proofread before they are delivered. However, in case of any errors or omissions we will correct it free of charge upon notification.
 

6. Can I get a copy if I loose a transcript?
For security reasons we dont keep files.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through credit card.

8. What is an audio minute?

An audio minute is the timing on what you record and not how long it takes us to transcribe.  It usually takes 4 times longer to transcribe an audio minute, ie a 5 audio minute dictation will take about 20 minutes to transcribe.

9. When do I pay?

Clients are charged on delivery.
